Maintenance without Medicine

In 2007 I was diagnosed with chronic migraines. Working a 9-5 and going to school full time while being on my cell phone full time had taken a toll on my body. From 2007 to 2009 I used every type of prescription drug my medical insurance would prescribe. At one point I was taking (1) 800 mg Ibuprofen every hour and my migraines would still beat through. It drove me crazy and, at times, made me useless to work, friends and family. I remember telling the doctor how frequent I would have to take them at times and he told myself I could overdose and I shouldn't be taking them that often. But what about the pain? It wouldn't go away, lessen, nothing I did would help.
